There are many well-known people who have made significant contributions to Indigenous Australian culture today, but recently it was Vince Coulthard, South Australian local hero and Aboriginal elder who was recognised for his work.

150 people travelled to the Ikara Wilpena resort in the Flinders Ranges to celebrate Mr. Coulthard’s 45 years of work serving his Indigenous community.

The Wire spoke with him about his major work achievements and how he feels being honoured for them.
