International Court of Justice ruled out establishing rules to prevent genocide

In January this year, the International Court of Justice ruled out that Myanmar needed to establish rules to prevent genocide against the Rohingya minority.

 

But the international community announced they will intervene in the proceedings, leaving Australia in a tricky position.
