Heroin Addicts are often seen as out of control and unable to function normally or hold down jobs, but it seems this isn’t always the case. During a recent survey of heroin users it was found there’s a significant group who are able to control or moderate their use, and lead mostly normal lives. Paul Turnbull from the Institute for Criminal Policy research in London, spoke to Ekaterina Kossian about the study and its findings.
