Bullying is a persistent problem and a recent survey of Australian schools shows almost one in two have been either cyber bullied, bullied to their face, or both. Home used to be a safe place for victims where they could get away, but the rise of technology has given bullies a new avenue to reach their victims 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Bullying is hurtful and can have devastating effects. It can cause kids to develop mental illness, and sometimes it can even lead to suicide. But what do we know about the bully? Are the victims the only ones that need help?
