Traditional aged care hasn’t been  exactly responsive to the needs of the LGBTQI community. That’s all changed with the Rainbow Tick accreditation system. The system vets homes on the basis of how well they cater for a minority determined to access good care without discrimination, and to make sure in old age they are still plugged into a like-minded community.
