Greens Senator Bob Brown will put forward a private members bill to reactivate the world’s first euthanasia law when Federal parliament resumes this week. The law was passed in the Northern Territory 11 years ago, but was quickly overturned by the Howard government. He says that all MPs should be allowed a conscience vote on the issue.
