Many trace the second wave COVID 19 outbreak to the botched Hotel Quarantines, where inadequately trained private Security staff allowed people out to get “fresh air”, rummaged around rooms for remote controls and even slept with some of those in quarantine.
It has been alleged selection was all about inclusiveness rather than qualifications for the task.
