Tomorrow marks the one-year anniversary of the introduction of graphic health warnings to the covers of cigarette packets. As of tomorrow we will see a new set of images on the covers, showing not only the potential damage to smokers’ hearts and lungs, but also the threat posed to unborn babies. Has the government gone too far? Or has it got a long way to go?
