More Australians than ever are facing mental health problems, but most are still suffering in silence. That’s according to research by Wesley Mission, which found that many people with a mental illness aren’t seeking help because of the social stigma. Wesley Mission has called for an overhaul of the health system to encourage early intervention and more funding for mental health.
