We’ve all been horrified by the latest mass shooting in Finland – by yet another disturbed young male. Like others before him, he posted his intentions to kill on media sharing site, Youtube, prompting calls for greater regulation of what can be accessed on the net. But how possible is it to regulate the internet? Catherine Zengerer asked Media Lecturer from Deakin University, Ross Monaghan, whether he thinks this is the right way to go about curtailing violence.
