Women are being reminded of the importance of regular pap smears after new figures show a decline of 4.6 per cent in the screening rate for women aged 20-24. It seems young women who’ve had the cervical cancer vaccine may think they don’t need to get tested, but Women’s Health Organisations are stressing that a pap smear can still save your life.
