So often the image we get of Arabic culture in the media is laden with violence and anger. That’s part of the reason first time author Arwa El Masri decided to write ‘Tea With Arwa’, published by Hatchette Australia.

Arwa wanted Australians to see that the images we get of Islam are unbalanced – and she invites us to share a meal with her and bridge this gap of understanding.
