It seems the News of the World Scandal is yet to be over. This morning James Murdoch, younger son of News Corporation media mogul Rupert Murdoch resigned from his post as chairman of News International – the British arm of his father’s company.
News Corp has downplayed the move saying he’s simply heading to a different position as deputy chief operation officer at the company’s headquarters in New York.Is it all just media hype? Has James simply followed a path set in motion last year long before the News of the World scandal unfolded.
