Greens senator Scott Ludlam wants the Government to remove the most draconian of the Howard-era anti terror laws. He introduced a Private Members Bill in the Senate today outlining twelve of the laws he says need to go now. The Government is set to announce an independent review of the legislation this week, but Ludlam says that his bill is still necessary.
