Negotiations are continuing in Geneva for an agreement to liberalize and foster investment in the services industry. The Trade in Services Agreement will impact financial, postal, and even health and agricultural services. All of the negotiations to date have happened behind closed doors.

But now WikiLeaks has released a draft chapter of the agreement about banking and financial services. It proposes big changes to the regulations surrounding things like foreign investment.  Experts are worried this would undermine the protection of the big four banks, and would make it harder for future governments to regulate.
