The Australian Council of Trade Unions chose one of the most watched sporting events in the country’s calendar this week to launch a series of adverts that are being compared to the hugely successful ‘Your Rights at Work’ campaign of 2007. Tens of thousands packed out ANZ stadium to watch NSW and Queensland go head to head in this year’s State of Origin opener, but they were also a captive audience for the ACTU’s new message.
