Election 2010: marginal Melbourne ripe for a Green takeover

The seat of Melbourne has been a safe Labor seat since the beginning of last century but Greens candidate Adam Bandt is having a tilt at it and his chances are looking very positive. If he were to win it would make history by delivering the Greens their first lower house seat. Politics Professor Clem McIntyre says as the lone Green in the House of Representatives Bandt will have heavy responsibilities to be heard on every topic.
