A series of launches are underway as urban community stations go digital. Nine stations launched this morning in Melbourne and another six will follow tomorrow in Adelaide. Radio adelaide manager Deb Welch says digital will allow more room for creative input and also add the challenge of filling the new radio bandwidth.
