A survey commissioned by Australia’s National Research Organisation for Women and Safety  conducted every four years has found disturbing attitudes among some young men on the issue of consent. One in 7 males between 16 and 24 said rape was justified if a woman changed her mind. This could be due to the changing landscape where  social media is a normal way of connecting with the opposite sex.
