Sunday, November 25 is the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.
DV NSW is marking the occasion by pressing for change both within communities and from governments.
A vigil will be held at Martin Place in Sydney at 6pm.
Those with concerns about domestic violence can call 1800 RESPECT.
