In a country currently head over heels on environment well being…. such revelations can be very alarming, as it is also a country where cattle outnumber human beings. Earlier today, the eagerly awaited Rudd Govt. Green paper, declared a 5 -7 year exemption to the farming and agriculture sector from the carbon emission scheme. While it may sound as music to some ears, was it a wise decision?
