A survey done by telehealth services InstantScripts found out more Australians are cancelling their GP appointments and using telehealth services because of the pandemic.
While telehealth services have been essential for vulnerable Australians during the pandemic, replacing GP appointments with telehealth services is not the best option for patients who have the facility to go to their GP.
