A global study of sixty-three nations has revealed that on average, woman’s wages are 16 percent less than that of their male counter parts. ACTU President Sharan Burrow said the findings of the International Trade Union Confederation study, laid out the extent to which, woman face discrimination. Eva Cox, from the New South Wales Woman’s Electoral Lobby, says if we keep ignoring the problem, the situation for woman will continue to decline.
