Think back to last time you tucked into a plate of fish and chips… Did you know where the tasty morsel in front of you came from? Today is Sustainable Seafood Day, a day aimed at raising awareness about the fragile state of our oceans, and the danger of over-fishing. It’s been initiated by the Marine Stewardship Council, or M-S-C,an international, non-profit body that measures the sustainability of fishing industries.
