Project Compassion is held each year during the six weeks of Lent and is the major fundraising campaign for Caritas Australia, the catholic overseas aid agency. This year Bangkok-based aid worker Dennis Uba is touring Australia to talk about his experiences in Asian aid projects on issues such sustainable agriculture, indigenous people and human trafficking. He spoke to Erica Benn.
