AFL pledges support to constitutional recognition campaign amidst criticism

Almost 5 million Australians will watch an AFL game this weekend, and they should notice some new logos. As part of it’s commitment to supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders around the country, the AFL has today announced that they are supporting the push for constitutional recognition of Australia’s first people. But some members of the Aboriginal community have criticised the campaign, and think the AFL could put their good intentions to better use.
