WA to pay $180 Million in Aboriginal Wage Theft Settlement

After three years of negotiations, applicants in a Western Australian stolen wages class action say they are glad the matter has reached a settlement.

Last week, the State government committed to paying up to 180 million dollars in compensation for more than 14 thousand Aboriginal workers who had wages stolen between 1936 and 1972.
