United States President Barack Obama vowed to hunt down IS terrorists ‘wherever they exist’, including moving military operations into Syria. On the eve of the September 11 anniversary President Obama outlined a strategy that includes air-strikes in Syria and collaboration with neighbouring countries. But Dr John Bruni, Middle East expert, believes that IS provoked the US into action and they want to drag the US back into the quagmire.
