As delegates gather in Melbourne this week to discuss the fast approaching 2015 deadline for the Millennium Development Goals, many doubt the ambitious plan is achievable. It’s a bittersweet diagnosis from NGOs and experts, who say that while much has been done in the last ten years, the world still isn’t doing enough to end poverty.
