Indigenous Australians aren’t the only ones critical of the government’s decision to abolish ATSIC. Earlier this month the UN put its two-cents in during a meeting of the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination in Geneva. The UN’s concluding observations from that meeting have recently been handed down and it doesn’t look good for the government.
