The biggest target for political cartoonists this year was our new Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull according to Russ Radford who once again has collated the year’s best.
While there were controversies, like Bill Leak’s response to the abuses at the Don Dale detention centre, Turnbull was skewered for his seeming lack of authority within his own party.
