Ticket scalping is reaching new heights and both concertgoers and artists aren’t impressed.
Re-sellers including Ticketmaster Resale and Viagogo are two sites under the microscope for allowing the extreme mark up of tickets sold on their sites.
With many purchasers unhappy, consumer advocacy group CHOICE have lodged a formal complain with the ACCC (the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission).
The question is, will ticket resales finally see more regulation or will the struggle for fans continue?
