The world watches as organic farmer sues over GM contamination

Kojonup, Western Australia is under the world spotlight this week as a landmark court case between two neighboring farmers proceeds. Organic farmer Steve Marsh is suing Michael Baxter for GM contamination of canola crops which caused Marsh to lose organic certification for about 70 per cent of his farm. This is the first case of its kind in the world and will set a precedent for similar cases internationally.
