The National Cabinet has been working together to quickly make decisions in response to the coronavirus pandemic, but the speed of those decisions has led to foggy detail, causing  confusion and over-reach when translated by each state.

There are concerns that quick decisions made now to allow hasty decisions related to public life, surveillance, and security may have unanticipated and lasting effects.
