Last year it was announced the Government will be slashing funding for fine arts courses in Tafes across NSW. After Victoria’s recent partial reversal of cutbacks to Tafes many NSW teachers are hoping that their government will do the same. This follows a report released by the creative task force industry which found the arts sector to be an important and growing industry in NSW.
