Sydney’s apartment buildings are littered with defects with just over half of apartments having at least one type of defect, new research has revealed today.

Buying a property is one of the biggest financial decisions a person will make in their life, but it is nearly impossible for buyers to know or find out if their prospective apartment is good quality or not.

There needs to be more transparency and accessible information for buyers so they can be more confident in what they are buying, and know that their home is safe.
