Spinifex Gum, a choir of young indigenous women, performed in Parliament House yesterday, as politicians returned to Canberra after the winter break.

Their song is a powerful plea for an indigenous voice in Parliament, and a treaty.

11,000 Australians contributed to an innovative on line collaboration, which encouraged them to record themselves singing lines from the song.
