More and more parents are using their phones to figure out what’s going on when their children aren’t sleeping right or have a sleeping disorder. Mobile phone applications can record information about how well kids are sleeping and monitor things like movement patterns. But new research from Monash University shows that we can’t trust that data wholeheartedly.
