A bill being discussed in South Australian Parliament today will impose severe restrictions on bikies and everyone who associates with them. Local MP Sandra Kannck compared the bill to anti-terrorism legislation and said it is a case of massive overkill in a state which has only a couple of hundred bikies,a and little evidence of criminality. Dr Arthur Veno says such laws echo the US homeland security bill and will only drive any problems underground .
