They’re all things likely to make life difficult especially for the poor. At a conference in Melbourne today high profile thinkers like professor Ross Garnaut and American ethicist Peter Singer warned that someone is going to have to pay. But who? According to conference organiser Dr Jeremy Moss the consensus is that as a developed country Australia will be one of those paying.
