A decision about the controversial Robin Hood Tax has been passed over by world leaders at the G20 Summit in Canada. International aid groups were hoping the small tax would get the go ahead, in order to alleviate serious poverty in developing countries. But rich nations ignored the issue at the summit passing the decision back to individual countries.
