Women with disabilities are vulnerable to domestic violences and sexual abuse, according to a survey. A new report has shown 83 per cent of women with disabilities experience sexual violence.

The survey, Voices Against Violence, again showed the vulnerabilities women with disabilities have to being victims of sexual and domestic abuse. It also revealed the difficulties for women with disabilities to access justice and support. Advocates want there to be more education and greater resources for disabled people, police and in services.
