This morning the Newman Government was heavily criticised by President of Lock the Gate Alliance Drew Hutton for making changes to environmental laws that exclude the wider public from objecting to resource developments. His comments came after President of the Australian Council of Trade Unions Ged Kearney hit out at the government’s changes to worker’s compensation rules.
