Queensland rape victims let down by outdated laws


Following recent cases in Queensland where men who caused women serious injuries during non-consensual sex were found not guilty of rape, the Queensland Women’s Legal Service is calling for an audit of state consent laws. They say the extreme unlikelihood of conviction is intimidating victims into remaining silent.
