An activist has been arrested after chaining himself to a dredging barge in Gladstone in Central Queensland to protest against the huge dredging project in the Harbour.
Environmental groups and members of the fishing industry say the dredging is a key factor behind the recent influx of diseased fish and marine life in the area and want the government to suspend the project.
