The Prime Minister is hosting an economic forum starting this evening that will bring together unions, business, academia and the not-for-profit sector. The opposition has labeled the forum a talk-fest, and some commentators have derided the forum on the grounds that most of the participants aren’t from the business world, but invitees from the union and not-for-profit sectors say they have important perspectives to add to a discussion about our economy.
