The People’s Republic of China will be allocating social points to its people and thus ensure the ‘perfect citizen’. Once allocated, a person can increase or decrease their points based on their behavior. Those who have a high credit score will enjoy a VIP lifestyle and those who are low can be socially exiled.
This program is to be enforced by a mass high-tech surveillance system, which includes facial recognition technology.
