Barack Obama and John Mc Cain slugged it out a short while ago in America in the last of the Presidential debates before next Month’s elections John Barron is a Sydney journalist and author of “Vote For Me”. He has covered several US campaigns and has been with this one since its beginning last year in the cornfields of Iowa . He says the debate didn’t change much but that Obama’s extraordinary use of the internet, particularly as a way to raise campaign funds, has given him an important edge in being able to buy TV time to get his message across.
