Nurses and midwives in New South Wales have walked off their job after they were unable to agree to a new enterprise agreement with the Mater Private Hospital and St Vincent’s Private Hospital in Sydney.

The New South Wales Nurses and Midwives’ Association, which has organised the strike, reported its members have felt frustrated and ignored at their hospitals inability to meet their requests.
