The pay gap between men and women in Australia continues to increase. As of May this year it stands at 18.2 per cent. Recently the Workplace Gender Equality Agency released figures showing nearly three-quarters of employers haven’t analysed their payrolls to see if there are any gender pay gaps. The agency has released a new campaign to raise awareness about the issue.
